SQA Intern

• Conducted usability tests with ALM on public transportation interfaces.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and optimize workflows for internal digital tools and forms.
• Did CR testing for IRP route changes on Mainframe Sessions along with NCCRIS PayIt and Ferry Non-toll Application..
