NC Department of Transportation
UX Designer & Tester
May 2025 - Present
• Conducted usability tests on transportation interfaces, identifying UX issues & improving accessibility per WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Collaborated with dev teams and other cross functional teams to iterate digital forms, reducing user errors
• Designed print and digital schedules for NC Ferry, integrating user feedback.
